Tasting Notes

Upper Assam: A brisk, bright amber cup, full-bodied and with a rich malty taste complemented by hints of sweet honey.
Kan-Junga: A light amber cup with sweet floral and muscatel notes, followed by a refreshing, slightly astringent finish.
Masala Chai: A rich, fragrant and aromatic cup blending exotic spices, followed by a warming and full-bodied aftertaste.

The Perfect Cup

Upper Assam: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (approx 120-150 ml). Use fresh, fully boiled water. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
Kan-Junga: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (approx 120-150 ml). Use freshly boiled, left to cool to 90 C water. Brew for 2-3 minutes.
Masala Chai: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (approx 120-150 ml). Use fresh, fully boiled water. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
