Please visit the Newsletter page on the website and simply enter your email in order to subscribe.
How do I place an order?
You can browse our full range of teas and accessories on the E-boutique, shopping by tea type or collection. Once you have selected the teas you would like to purchase, add them by clicking ‘Add to Shopping Bag’. Once you are ready to place your order, proceed to the Checkout page. You will need to enter a Delivery Address and payment details, accept our Terms & Conditions and click ‘Place Order’ and your order will be placed.
What methods of payment do you accept?
At the present time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal as methods of payment.
My promotional code is not working. Who can I contact?

When will the out-of-stock products be back in stock?
As tea is a seasonal product, we cannot guarantee that a specific item will come back into stock, though it is possible we will blend it again for the next season. To enquire about a specific tea, please contact us at email@example.com.
Delivery & Returns
How long will I have to wait for my order and what are your delivery charges?
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Our shipping charges for local Singapore addresses is at S$5.50 via Simplypost.
Can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Where do you deliver?
At present, delivery is only to Singapore. For shipping to any other countries within Asia, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Can I return an item?
To maintain the pristine quality of our beverage products, all goods sold are non-returnable or exchangeable. We appreciate your understanding, and hope you will enjoy your cup of Newby.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is not correct, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll resend the item to you within 5 - 7 working days.
What is the difference between a teabag, a carton and a caddy?
The difference lies not in the quality of the tea, but the size of the leaves. Teabags consist of smaller grades of tea leaves, which take less time to infuse. Caddies typically contain large leaf or whole leaf teas, which require slightly longer. Cartons combine a mixture of smaller and larger leaves.
How do I brew my tea?
For the best cup of tea, brewing instructions differ based on the type of tea and the size of the leaves. Please consult our at-a-glance guide for detailed instructions on how to brew a cup.
How should I store my tea?
To keep tea leaves fresh and preserve their character, please store the tea away from heat, light and moisture, in a sealed, airtight bag or caddy. Many of our teas come with caddies that are suitable for tea storage.
Why does Newby not sell single estate teas?
Single estates cannot guarantee the quality of the leaves year after year or season after season. By specially creating our teas from the leaves of a number of gardens, we ensure the quality of our blends year after year.
Where can I buy Newby teas in person?
Besides being served at luxury and premium hotels, high-end sporting and leisure venues, esteemed cultural centres and Michelin-starred restaurants, Newby teas can be purchased online at our E-Boutique.
